Mr. Joonseob Kwon_Corea

Mr. Joonseob Kwon is currently a liaison officer of KOTRA (Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency) at the Inter-American Development Bank in Washington, D.C., providing his expertise in the analysis and advice on loan operations and technical cooperation in the area of trade and investment between Korea and Latin America. He is also in charge of identifying successful projects and investment models from KOTRA's experience and transferring their best practices for Latin American countries. At KOTRA, he has been assigned to key posts including Manager of Project Administration Team, Construction and Plant Team, and Deputy Director of Korea Business Center, Colombia.

Mr. Kwon earned his BA in Hispanic Studies from Busan University of Foreign Studies and MA in Latin American Studies at Kyunghee University.  He is the recipient of Minister's Award of Ministry of Strategy and Finance and the President's Award of KOTRA.
